A sonnet with the rhyming scheme of ABAB BCBC CDCD EE. Iambic pentameter. Jesus is the Paragon of Sweetness. None is sweeter. more gentle. more kind.
Jesus nurses the hurting as a friend,
Jesus calms in the deep, as we are frail.
Be as the children, Jesus does commend.
Sit upon his lap, share every detail.
