Finding Hope Amid Seasonal Depression as a Christian

As Jesus’ disciples, we can stand up to seasonal depression in several ways. The inclination is to take practical steps rather than turn towards Christ primarily. That is stinking thinking. Our Lord should be the very foundation that guides us in both thought and action. Jesus is the ultimate solution.

When we look to the Holy Spirit, we sense wholeness started. With the Father, our faith broadcasts future hope when God makes all things new.
